Lifting Machine Disc Feeding and Sorting Machine

2026-01-30 24

The disc material handling and sorting machine for elevators is an integrated, modular intelligent front-end processing system that combines three major functions—vertical lifting, centrifugal material handling, and optical sorting (or weight sorting)—into a single unit. Specifically designed for handling loose, disorganized small parts, it achieves fully automated seamless operation from lifting to precise sorting.

Core Workflow and Advantages

Vertical lifting module

Function: The hopper or belt elevator automatically lifts bulk materials from the ground or low level to an appropriate working height, addressing the issues of low efficiency and high labor intensity in manual feeding.

Advantages: Space-saving and enables continuous feeding.

Centrifugal disc material handling module

Function: The elevated material falls onto a rapidly rotating centrifugal disc, where it is evenly dispersed and conveyed to the precision tracks at the edges under centrifugal force, achieving attitude correction and orderly single-column alignment.

Advantages: Gentle handling, no damage to products (such as candies, tablets, and electronic components), and operating noise significantly lower than traditional vibratory bowls.

Smart Sorting Module

Function: The neatly arranged single-column materials pass through a high-resolution vision system or dynamic weighing sensor, where the system performs millisecond-level identification and judgment based on preset standards such as color, shape, size, defects, or weight.

Execution: Control mechanisms such as high-pressure nozzles, push rods, or flap plates to accurately sort qualified products from defective ones (or products of different grades) into separate channels.

Advantage: Achieve "detection upon alignment, sorting upon passing the line," with extremely high precision and efficiency in sorting.

The Core Value of Integrated Design

Space-efficient: The compact design saves space for connections and transitions between devices.

Smooth process flow: Eliminates potential issues such as material jamming, tipping, and secondary contamination caused by transfers between independent equipment, significantly enhancing stability.

Smart Control: The entire production line can be managed by a centralized control system, with unified parameter adjustment and centralized data feedback, achieving truly intelligent front-end processing.

Typical application scenarios

Snacks and Candies: Upgrading, Selection, and Pre-Packaging of Nuts, Gummies, and Chocolate Pieces.

Pharmaceuticals and Health Products: Defect detection and sorting of tablets and capsules.

Electronic components: Dimensional sorting and visual inspection of precision parts.

Hardware components: Grading of screws and bearings.
