(1) The noise of belt conveyor when the roller is seriously eccentric.

Belt conveyor in the operation process, the rollers often appear abnormal noise and periodic vibration. The main reason for the noise of the belt conveyor is that the wall thickness of the seamless steel pipe is not uniform, and the centrifugal force is large, which generates noise. On the other hand, in the idler wheel processing process, the center of the bearing hole at both ends deviates from the center of the outer circle, which also produces a large centrifugal force and generates abnormal noise.

(2) There is noise when the two shafts of the belt conveyor coupling are not concentric.

The motor at the high-speed end of the drive unit and the reducer or coupling with brake wheel produces abnormal noise with the same frequency as the rotation of the motor.

When this noise occurs, the position of the belt conveyor motor and reducer should be adjusted in time to avoid the reducer input shaft fracture.

(3) belt conveyor reversing drum, drive drum abnormal noise.

During normal operation, the noise of reversing drum and driving drum is very small. When abnormal noise occurs, the bearing is usually damaged. The main reason is that the clearance is too large or too small, the shaft runout groove, oil leakage or poor oil quality, bearing end cover seal is not in place, resulting in bearing wear and temperature rise. At this time, the leakage point should be eliminated, the lubricating oil should be replaced, and the bearings should be replaced in large quantities.

(4) Belt conveyor reducer noise.

The causes of abnormal vibration or sound of belt conveyor reducer include: loose foot screws, loose wheel center or wheel screws, serious lack of teeth or wear of gears, lack of oil in reducer, etc., which should be repaired or replaced in time.

(5) Belt conveyor motor noise.There are several reasons for the abnormal vibration and sound of the belt conveyor motor: excessive load; low voltage or two-phase operation; loose ground bolts or wheels; bearing failure; short circuit between motor turns.

You should stop the inspection, reduce the load, check whether the screws are loose, and check whether the bearings are damaged.

(6) Noise caused by damaged inner bearing of belt conveyor.

The inner bearing of the belt conveyor is usually required to have stable support capacity. After long-term operation, the performance level of the bearings will be greatly reduced, and once subjected to high pressure, they will be easily damaged.
